For hubs and community partners
Partner organisations
Hubs, associations and community groups that host many events feel date clashes first. Partners work with us on the free calendar and get a few things set up for them.
What partners get
- Your events listed without the wait. We mark your organisation as verified, so its events publish straight away and show a Verified badge.
- Your calendar read for you. If your events already live in an iCal calendar, Meetup, Eventbrite or Humanitix, we can read them each day so you never type them twice.
- The calendar on your website. The events widget, set to your city and topic, for your members to see what else is on.
- A say in the free calendar. Partners help shape the features everyone uses, and those stay free.
Partner accounts
There is no separate partner sign-up or login. People from a partner organisation sign in like any member, with a code sent to their email. We register your organisation’s email domain, and anyone who signs in with an address on it becomes a partner account automatically, with no extra step. People who use another address can ask us to mark their account.
Questions
How do we become a partner?
Use the contact page and choose Becoming a partner. There is no charge to be a community partner.
Can our members still list their own events?
Yes. Anyone can list an event for free; partner status only means your organisation’s own events skip the queue.
